Come and do your own workout or follow our whiteboard workout of the day. Our trainers will be there to answer any questions you may have. Try out our equipment and do something new! Times and days are subject to change without notice.

COVID-19

At Meta-Fitness, we are monitoring the situation with COVID-19 closely, and have taken measures to remain operational. Our team has implemented policies to support our clients during this difficult time:

  • Covid-19 Screening is done before participating in each class or event.
  • Instructor Screening is done before teaching each class or doing training.
  • Class sizes are reduced, or classes planned differently to create 6-9 ft. of distancing during class.
  • Class times modified so 30 minutes is spent between classes and after last class cleaning/disinfecting and to prevent cross flow of people between classes.
  • Numerous hand-sani stations with Health Canada Approved sanitizer.
  • Masks can now be purchased at the studio.
  • Hand Sani can now be purchased at the studio.

SPECIAL EVENTS

We offer specials events like Colour and Sound Baths, International Peace Day Meditation, Candlight Yoga and Yoga Nidra with live music. We offer up-to-date workshops on Women’s Health, Back Health, Brain Fitness, Menopause Pelvic Floor Fitness. We love to teach short 1 – 2-hour sessions on Back and Core, Stretching and Rolling, How To Exercise At Home, Mindfulness, Energetic Goal Setting, The Chakra System and more. If you want to learn anything about Fitness, Wellness or the World of Energy just let us know. The best ideas come from you! Our professionals are happy to share their expertise.
